In your dashboard, we track whether you have an active line on one of these three streams. If you do not, we will show a short prompt to get in touch for ongoing work—it does not block the free tools.

Is the client portal and free account really free?
Yes. You can create an organization and use onboarding tasks, tickets, and contracts without a paid service contract. Retainers are optional when you want dedicated monthly capacity.
What is included in monthly retainer capacity?
After we align on scope, your retainer buys predictable monthly execution across the service lines we agree on—typically a mix of IT & platform, design & brand, and/or product development.
Which regions and timezones do you support?
We are remote-first and work in English with overlap for US and UK business hours. Other regions by arrangement if schedules align.
What currency do you bill in?
We typically bill in US dollars (USD). Other currencies by arrangement during contracting.
How do I move from a free account to a retainer?
Use Discuss retainer in the header, book through Contact, or complete project onboarding after signup—we receive your brief as a lead and follow up directly.
