Agreement

By creating an account or using getstuffdone.space, you agree to these terms. Paid or scoped professional work is governed by separate statements of work or contracts signed with your organization.

The service

We provide a client portal (tickets, contracts, onboarding) and optional professional services for IT, design, and product development. Features may change as the product evolves; we aim to communicate material changes to active customers.

Accounts

• You are responsible for credentials and activity under your account.
• Provide accurate organization and contact information.
• Do not misuse the API, attempt unauthorized access, or upload malicious content.

Customer content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service and deliver contracted work.

Availability & disclaimers

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Professional services descriptions on the marketing site are summaries; binding scope lives in signed agreements.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the free portal. Liability for paid engagements is defined in those contracts.
